We are looking for a motivated university student specializing in Information Technology or a related field to join our IT Support team as part of a cooperative or summer training program. This internship provides hands-on experience in a real work environment and allows the intern to contribute to delivering high-quality technical support services to our organization’s staff.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Receive and handle IT support requests related to devices, networks, and printers.
• Install and maintain operating systems and basic software.
• Assist in tracking and resolving technical issues through the ticketing system.
• Document procedures and solutions for recurring issues.
• Support the IT team in implementing technical projects and maintaining hardware.
• Prepare periodic reports on technical cases and provided solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current university student majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of networks, computers, and printers.
